Photos of you and your education journey

Upload an images for use in our marketing, like the real graduate stories on our site. It’s optional but a great way to showcase your journey.

No worries if your photo isn’t perfect—we’ll contact you if we need a different version.

How to take a great profile photo

  • Taken in landscape (wide) orientation
  • Framed mid-chest or shoulders up, with space above your head
  • High quality, at least 1MB file size
  • Clear background - e.g. outdoors or against a wall
  • Well-lit, with minimal shadows

See the examples below:

Tip: Selfies usually don’t work well—try getting someone to take the photo for you.

Portfolio ideas

  • A project or item you created or contributed to during your study
  • A visual from a work placement or industry setting
  • An award or recognition (not your certificate received at graduation)
  • A relevant work-in-progress, concept, or showcase image

Tip: Think of something visual that tells the story of your learning or skills in action.
